4. Financial Matters;
a) Note and approve payments and income since 8th October 2026. (circulated in advance)
5. Maintenance Matters. Lengthsman works update, Request Zak Atkins mark Drain cover in the Spinney. Update on Mariola’s work to replant and maintain the tennis court planter.
6. Tennis court surface repairs and weed killing.
7. Emergency Planning – Updating the Parish’s Emergency Plan
8. Tennis Court Carpark upgrade. Including cooperation with the village hall on the scope of the works.
9. Boule Court upgrade. Including funding update from Sport England and District and County Cllrs, consideration of quotations received.
